Solar Vengeance 6/Silverlight ushers in a new era of development for Silicon Commander Games. Our first game ever published is also our first game to run in the browser via Silverlight! In Solar Vengeance you assume the role of a Star Lord after the collapse of the Galactic Empire, in conflict with other Lords as you seek to expand your territory. Your goal is to conquer independent StarSystems for their Resources, and eventually conquer the Capital StarSystems of the rival Star Lords. To accomplish these ends, you will build massive fleets of StarShips consisting of 6 different StarShip types. This decision is the most crucial in the game. There are dozens of StarShip types available to choose from, but you can select only 6 to use in your fleet! Eventually you will come into contact with the enemy's fleet. Be sure that your WarShips have more Weapons than your opponent's, or that you have some other means of effectively counteracting the enemy. Also, while it's important to expand and conquer, if you do not defend your Capital you will find yourself DEFEATED before you know what hit you.
